Ocular Manifestations in Alport Syndrome

Alport syndrome is a rare hereditary disorder with multi-organ involvement including the eyes, kidneys and ears. We report a 23-year-old male who demonstrated classical ocular manifestations associated with Alport syndrome. He presented with chief complaints of blurring of vision in the left eye over the past 3 months. The best
corrected visual acuity was 20/40 and 20/60 in the right and left eye respectively.
Nontraumatic Orbital Hemorrhage after Mitral Valve Replacement

A 31 year old woman presented with an acute protrusion of the double eyes after mitral valve replacement. CT demonstrated non-enhancing convex hyper-dense mass in bilateral orbits. After conservative treatment, there
was a complete remission of the left eye lesion, while his right eye still had no light perception.
