Infectious spleen and kidney necrosis virus (ISKNV) has caused high mortality of mandarin fish (Siniperca chuatsi) cultured in Asian countries. The current research priority is to develop a low-cost, rapid, specific and sensitive diagnosis method which can be widely in the fish farm.
