Performance Management as a Strategic Tool

Abstract
This paper is to review the literature showing that the Performance management system can have a more effective role inthe strategy than considering it a way of evaluation or documentation. This literature review is to discuss performance measurement, why the organizations are moving from performance measurement to performance management, proving that the correct and rationale application of performance management system (PMS) has great and dramatic results on the employee performance and also on the organization as a whole.
