Jacobs Journal of Obesity is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal providing a multidisciplinary forum for basic and clinical research as well as applied studies in the fields of adipocyte biology and physiology, lipid metabolism, metabolic syndrome, pediatric obesity, diabetes, genetics, nutritional and eating disorders, behavioral epidemiology, exercise and human physiology, weight control and witness-related health risks.

JJO is an online scientific journal covering the results of eating a diet in which nutrients are either insufficient or too much to cause health problems in the diet. This Journal renders the perceived acceptability of obesity and its applications in highly interdisciplinary applied sciences novel, clear connection to nutritional requirements and obesity.
