Jacobs Journal of Organic Chemistryis a peer-reviewed open access journal publishing high-quality organic chemistry research. By reporting new or significantly improved protocols or methodologies, emphasis is placed on studies that make significant contributions to the field of organic chemistry. The journal welcomes original fundamental research contributions in all branches of organic chemistry theory and practice.
The breakthroughs in synthetic methodologies and new insights into organic reactions, compounds and mechanisms are given particular consideration. Reporting theoretical and computational studies on new bonding, structure or reactivity models is welcome, but it must show relevance in terms of testable predictions derived from the work. For this section, computer work that merely reproduces experimental data is not suitable.
Aim and Scope:
The aim of this journal is to provide scientists and academics around the world with a platform for promoting, sharing and discussing various new issues and developments in various areas of organic chemistry. The frontier reviews provide the current state of knowledge in these fields and are written by selected experts who are known internationally for their outstanding contributions to research.
